If you do not have the Smart Ai Cooker AI 8/10, follow these steps:
- Preheat the i8 Oven to 220°C. Place softened cream cheese and fine sugar into an empty container and mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add 1 egg yolk and 2 whole eggs, mixing continuously.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix until fully combined.
- Finally, add 10g cornstarch and mix well.
- Strain the mixture into a cake mold lined with parchment paper for a smooth texture. Place into the preheated i8 Oven and select "Burnt Cheesecake" mode.
- Once done, remove and let it cool before serving. For a richer texture, chill for 8+ hours before serving.
