Pre-Order Delivery Terms and Conditions:

- The expected arrival date provided may be earlier or later than the estimated date.

- We will ship your order within the next 3-5 working days from the Estimated Time of Arrival.

- There may be delay of Estimated Time of Arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. (eg. Delaying by custom clearance, transport breakdown and etc.) In such cases, we will keep you updated on any changes.

*The filter should not be washed. 
*It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months to ensure optimal performance.

【 🚫 Warranty Exclusions 】

To ensure product integrity and fair service, the following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping, using the wrong voltage)

• Normal wear-and-tear parts such as filters, brushes, hoses, and batteries (with reduced capacity)

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance (scratches, discoloration, or dents)

• Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorized repairs/modifications

• Failure to follow proper cleaning and care guidelines.( neglecting to clean filters, brushes.)

• Damage caused by external factors (e.g., water exposure, fire, power surges, or extreme weather)

• Use for commercial or industrial purposes when intended for household use only
